Attempting to lose weight during the holidays is like competing and finishing a Tough Mudder competition. It’s not impossible, but it is difficult. I started this new series Weight Watchers with Momsvilleusa right after Thanksgiving. As much as I’ve been trying, keeping up with Weight Watchers during the holidays has been tough.
I love December (well as much as you can actually love being stressed out). See 5 tips for Managing Stress. December in our house is a time for birthdays, winter vacation, and time with family and friends. We ski, we eat, we sit around, we eat some more, we go to movies, and we eat more. You get the picture. It feels like a never-ending feast. But through it all, I managed to go to my weekly Weight Watchers weigh-in. Below is the good, the bad and the not-so-ugly.

Looking Ahead
Weight Watchers with Momsvilleusa is a new series. I post a new video every week following my weigh in on my YouTube channel. I’m nowhere near my goal, but I’m hoping that by vlogging and blogging about my experience, it will keep me on track and hopefully help motivate others.
Here are a few other videos and posts you may like that I’ve done.
