We make our guacamole with tomatoes, a squeeze of orange, cilantro, a squirt of lime, red onions, avacados (of course), salt, jalapeños (no seeds)… The orange juice is really what makes it stand out from the pack. It is delicious. We learned how to make it, my wife and I, while having it prepared table-side at Cozy Mels, a coastal Mexican restaurant (they still have one in San Diego in La Jolla). I really love that recipe.
