Here it is, my all time favorite ham recipe: Brown Sugar Maple Syrup Pineapple Ham in the Crockpot. It’s so simple to make, I almost feel guilty serving it. It takes about 15 minutes to prep and another 6-8 hour on low in your slow cooker. This is a set and forget recipe. Run errands, go to work, spend a day on the ski slopes. Either way you will come home to the most amazing smell coming from your kitchen.

Cover and cook on low for about 5-7 hours or until the internal temperature of the ham is 140 degrees.

Step 5

When it’s done, remove the ham and let it rest on a cutting board for about 20-30 minutes before carving. It may be difficult to carve into perfect spirals. The ham just wants to fall off the bone. It is so delicious. This recipe was adapted from Stephanie O’Dea’s A year of Slow Cooking Also Check Out: How to Make Hot Dogs in the Crockpot
