  1. Unwrap the pre-cooked ham and discard flavor packet. Place it into your stoneware, flat-side down.
  2. Rub sugar on all sides of the ham. Pour on maple syrup and add pineapple chunks and juice.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 5-7 hours or until the internal temperature of the ham is 140 degrees.
  4. When it’s done, remove the ham and let it rest on a cutting board for about 20-30 minutes before carving. It may be difficult to carve into perfect spirals. The ham just wants to fall off the bone. It is so delicious.
