The email from the school said no backpacks allowed! Are you kidding me. “Due to the number of kids in class and the lack of storage space, we require all kindergarten students to carry tote bags.” I’m still taken aback. For kindergarteners, having a cool new backpack for the first day of school is like a rite of passage. It goes hand in hand with precious first day of school photos and teary parents crying at drop off.
So I won’t be the bad mom, and be the only parent who blatantly ignores the email and sends their little kindergartener to school with a brand new, oversized backpack that’s bigger than they are, regardless of how adorable it is. No, I will comply. However, I wonder what school administrators would think if I sent my son to school with any of these goodies. Here we go. The top 10 most obnoxious tote bags that could get your kindergartener kicked out of school on the very first day.
Top 10 Most Obnoxious Tote Bags
1. The Storm Pooper (I may buy this one for myself, it’s actually pretty cool.)
2. Namaste Bitches (Peace Out Dogs? Don’t think that excuse would work)
3. Ball Sack (This one makes me laugh. So innocent, but so not… at the same time)
4. I’m Sorry I’m Late, I didn’t Want to Come (Aren’t we trying to be positive at school?)
5. Give me Tongue (So so wrong)
6. Tattooed Girl Body Tote Bag (Doesn’t every boy need his own porn bag for school?)
7. Dirty Pirate Hooker (I know some moms who might carry this one)
8. I shoot People (I Think this one might attract school police. Expulsion for sure)
9. Have a Nice Day (I think this one the teacher might take and keep for herself)
